The charging of heavy goods vehicles for the use of certain infrastructure

It's time to make road pay for its real costs. Green MEP Eva Lichtenbeger welcomes long overdue legislation that provides for Member States to impose road charges for so-called "external costs" relating to pollution. She however regrets the lack of political will to support specific climate impact charges.
