Slipping towards another Cold War?
Green MEP Rebecca Harms points to the importance of the South Caucasus, saying that the EU must be more willing to engage in this region than it has in the past. She warns that a Cold War would only harm both the West as well as Russia and calls for the West to adopt the right tone in its statements towards Russia.
