Green MEP and shadow rapporteur Helga Trüpel held a press conference following the EP's first reading vote in the European Parliament on the revision of the TV without Frontiers Directive. Greens criticised the wide liberalisation of advertising rules and for a legal framework for product placement approved by the EP.
