Greens/EFA Plenary Briefing
Greens/EFA Co-Presidents Dany Cohn-Bendit and Monica Frassoni addressed the outcome of the informal EU summit in Lahti and the disturbing EU tendency to pander to Russia. The briefing also dealt with the Services Directive, Commissioner Verheugen and the European aspect to the Basque peace process.
